What you submit
The enquiry form collects your name, email, optional phone, project location, topic, timing, message and consent. A planning tool may add its result only when you choose to use it in an enquiry. We also receive the originating page, referral and campaign details, browser information and a submission reference used to process and troubleshoot the request.
How the request is handled
Hause uses Cloudflare for intake, GoHighLevel for enquiry management and Resend for internal notifications. A person reviews the request and may contact you about it. Sharing the project with a contractor is discussed with you. The form does not subscribe you to marketing or generate a customer registration email.
Planning tools
Tool inputs stay in the page until you choose to move the result into an enquiry. A result passed to the enquiry page is held in temporary browser session storage and removed after it is loaded. Copy and print actions are controlled by you.
Access and corrections
To ask about access, correction or deletion of a submitted enquiry, call +1 587-316-6194 and identify the website and approximate submission date. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive documents through the form.
